ABA Behavior Technician - Contingent

Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in primarily center-based settings with occasional home-based services; teach communication, play, self-help, and social skills using ABA methods; collaborate with onsite BCBA for hands-on training and real-time support; collect data and document sessions; manage challenging behaviors with patience; participate in light cleaning and support daily routines (dressing, toileting, brushing teeth); shifts Monday–Friday 8:15am–12:15pm or 12:45pm–4:45pm, with optional evening shifts 4:45pm–7:15pm during the school year; must be 18+, have a high school diploma, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance; preferred experience with autism and/or RBT certification; location options include Troy, Southfield, Auburn Hills, and Wixom, MI.
