ABA Behavior Technician - Contingent

Job Summary
As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, teaching essential life skills like communication and social skills. You will work closely with a BCBA for guidance and support, collect data, manage challenging behaviors, and assist children in daily routines. This role requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Shifts are flexible and primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional evening hours during the school year. No prior experience is required, just a commitment to making a difference.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with autism and related disorders
- Experience working with children ages 0-16
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Additional Requirements
