Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Implement ABA techniques, follow individualized treatment plans, and teach/ reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills. Conduct assessments, collect data, track progress, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes; communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and strategies for skill generalization to home. Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA therapy skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required
