Job Summary
As an ABA Pathways Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and young teens with autism in clinic, home, or community settings to help build essential life skills. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, collect and track progress data with care, collaborate with your supervisor and team, and complete session notes on time. The role requires kindness, patience, adaptability, strong teamwork, and comfort with technology (Google Workspace); flexibility to work between 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Training provided to become a certified Behavior Technician, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
