Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician at ABA Pathways, you will work directly with children and young teens with autism to help them build essential life skills, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, and collecting progress data. You’ll collaborate with your supervisor and team, build trusting relationships with children and families, and complete session notes and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes training and growth, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful impact in clinic, home, or community settings, with a schedule that includes weekday hours and occasional Saturdays. Training is provided to become a certified Behavior Technician, and the position supports ongoing professional development and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs (physically capable to engage in play and movement)
