Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn essential life skills. Collect and track progress data with accuracy, collaborate with supervisors to support each child's goals, and build trusting relationships with families and teammates. Complete session notes and administrative tasks on time while maintaining flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month. This role offers full, paid training for those without prior experience, allowing you to grow into a confident, certified Behavior Technician within a supportive team environment focused on helping individuals on the autism spectrum thrive.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Flexible availability between 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (with one Saturday per month)
- Comfortable potentially working in-home and community settings
- Comfortable working with technology, such as Google Workspace
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play and movement
- Love working and playing with children
- Be kind, patient, and adaptable in a variety of situations
- Communicate well and thrive in a team environment
- Show responsibility and dependability in every aspect of their work
- Be open to feedback and excited to grow professionally
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children, particularly in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or within the education field
- RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
