ABA Behavior Technician

Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn essential life skills. Collect and track progress data with care and accuracy while collaborating with supervisors and teams to support each child's goals. Build trusting relationships with children, families, and teammates by completing session notes and administrative tasks on time. Work directly with children and young teens with autism in clinic, home, or community settings, lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging in active play and movement. Requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Full, paid training provided to help you become a certified Behavior Technician.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Must have availability between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (with one Saturday per month 9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
- Be comfortable potentially working in-home and community settings
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play and movement

- RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
