Job Summary
Behavior Therapist I and Behavior Therapist II (Senior) roles within Adapt: A Behavioral Collective are centered on providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in hybrid in-person/telehealth settings. Responsibilities include implementing ABA teaching methods (DTT, NET, PRT), teaching adaptive skills, managing behaviors of concern, maintaining empirical data, completing daily notes, and coordinating with the Program Manager/Clinical Director. Opportunities for growth through on-the-job training, paid onboarding, certifications (e.g., RBT), and potential raises after probation. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or significant ABA experience), and the ability to travel between clients with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
