Job Summary
As an ABA Manager at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will lead and develop the clinical direction of the ABA program, ensuring high-quality, individualized services. Responsibilities include overseeing and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, training and onboarding new staff, and closely monitoring the efficiency of the ABA program. You must have a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong clinical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 3+ years' experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff
- Prior experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools
- Strong clinical skills in ABA
