ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) Program Assistant

Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavioral Analysis using teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques while supervising students during classroom activities, arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and school-wide events. Maintain daily documentation, data collection, and graphing of discrete trial outcomes to support the BCBA in student file management and material preparation. Assist in devising reinforcement strategies based on individual IEPs and behavior support plans, while collaborating with specialists to carry over skills and deliver augmentative communication devices. Provide inclusion support across special and general education classrooms, manage task analysis materials, and implement Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques. Drive the community van as needed and attend staff development meetings as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with special needs students
- Strong communication skills
- Full Year position working 239 days annually
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
