Job Summary
Behavior Technician role focusing on direct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients diagnosed with Autism across multiple settings (clinics, client homes, schools, and community). You will work closely with BCBA supervision to support remaining fieldwork hours, empower clients in developing self-advocacy and social skills, and help manage behaviors through evidence-based ABA techniques. The position involves collaboration with experienced therapists, opportunities for professional growth, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy, maintaining reliable attendance, undergoing required background checks, and meeting physical requirements to assist clients across diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field in progress - required. Looking for a graduation date within approximately six months.
- All restricted fieldwork hours completed.
- At least 50% unrestricted fieldwork hours completed.
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse and neglect registry check
- Clear MVR background check (as required by position)
- Ability to work in environments such as BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings
