Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA programming for clients aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. Responsibilities include direct implementation of therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supporting families, data documentation, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Candidates should possess strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, and must be willing to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification, or willingness to participate in Registered Behavior Technician Certification training
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years ABA experience preferred
- 2 years experience with pediatric autism population preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Current Clearances
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to move freely between standing and sitting positions during therapy sessions
- Must have transportation to provide in-home or community visits when needed
- Position requires oral and written communication skills, and critical thinking on a regular basis
- Position may also require occasional lifting and positioning of children up to 50 pounds
