Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities by providing excellent customer service, accurate information, and troubleshooting assistance with client software and integration. Support the Operations Manager in account opening and closing, including CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, and Money Market accounts, while utilizing daily reports to process insufficient funds and non-posted transactions by expected deadlines. Collaborate in a team structure to balance workload, maintain knowledge of federal banking regulations, and build trust with clients and the Sales Team to ensure organic growth of deposits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field
- High school diploma
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
