Job Summary
Answer incoming Australian calls and convert inquiries into bookings for our truck team by explaining how we make junk disappear with a point of a finger. You will respond to customer questions regarding services, area coverage, and pricing while maintaining a friendly telephone mannerism. This role involves no outbound cold calls, only inbound interactions with customers seeking to remove their junk. New hires receive three weeks of fully paid remote training before joining a team led by a dedicated Team Lead. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Alberta. Availability shifts between 8 AM and 4:30 PM during training, followed by 1 PM to 3 AM MST on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Currently reside in Alberta
- Availability to work shifts anytime between Monday-Sunday 1 PM - 3 AM MST
- Availability for training between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday MST
- A very friendly telephone mannerism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home
- A quick & reliable internet connection
- A good personal computer with 8GB memory
- A wired connection using an Ethernet cable
- Availability to start on September 11th

- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience
