Job Summary
Lead end-to-end enterprise planning digital transformation programs, managing program roadmaps, governance, risks, and execution for enterprise planning solutions like OMP or Kinaxis. Drive implementation across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Sequencing, and Inventory Management while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Digital, Commercial, and Finance. Manage external technology partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery, and lead change management and capability building across planning teams. Requires 10–13 years of experience in Digital Supply Chain or Enterprise Planning Transformation with hands-on expertise in Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
Required Qualifications
- 10–13 years of experience in Digital Supply Chain or Enterprise Planning Transformation
- Hands-on experience with OMP, Kinaxis, or similar Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Demand & Supply Planning
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-country digital transformation programs
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Digital/IT, or related field
