Job Summary
AAC Records Clerk responsible for collecting and auditing aircraft log sheets, routine and non-routine cards, and documenting log information into TRAX and Aircraft Master Log Excel Workbook. Tasks include auditing for correct times and signatures, scanning and distributing logs to management and engine trend vendor, updating Daily Aircraft Status Report, calculating flight times and cycles, maintaining records of maintenance and inspections, recording changes and airworthiness directives in TRAX/Excel, verifying receiving paperwork, and filing records. Requires accuracy in data entry, proficiency with Excel, and ability to generate monthly reports on flight hours, engine changes, and maintenance status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Competent typing skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to recognize, understand and create Excel formulas (preferred)
- Knowledge of TRAX (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
- Effective communication between multiple departments
