Job Summary
Supervise freight service operations for Aloha Air Cargo, including flight handling (loading/unloading aircraft, weight and balance, dangerous goods and special cargo), accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance; coordinate with stations and departments, lead training and on-the-job development, and assist with budget and staffing tasks while ensuring adherence to company standards. Must have strong leadership, organization, and computer skills, and be able to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years job-related experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Understanding of freight operations and ability to act as lead person
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- Background check (5-year)
- Criminal history check (10-year)
- Security threat assessment
- Excellent computer skills
