Job Summary
Lead and manage the recruitment team to formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with annual plans and business priorities; drive digital transformation initiatives using AI/tools to improve operations and data usage; optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience; collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment plans; screen and interview candidates for senior positions to ensure alignment with company needs; analyze recruitment data and report progress to senior management; build a capable, high-performing recruitment function and provide guidance and career development to team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams
- Experience in executive/senior-level recruitment
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategy and process optimization
- Fluent in English (as per description)
