Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, A2R at DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson, based in Taguig Manila, will lead end-to-end Accounting-to-Reporting activities including general ledger accounting, period-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries; support monthly/quarterly/annual close, consolidation inputs, and management reporting; assist in statutory and compliance reporting; participate in audits; perform trend and variance analysis for process improvements within the A2R cycle; collaborate with global finance partners to resolve issues and enable scalable, standardized processes; leverage GAAP knowledge, ERP tools, and strong attention to detail in a multinational shared-services environment. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred) with 0–2 years of relevant experience; travel minimal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Foundational knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial close processes, and account reconciliations
- Understanding of GAAP and internal controls concepts
- Ability to analyze financial data and support issue resolution
- English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- MBA
- CPA or CMA certifications preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (aligned to Analyst level)
- Experience with GL accounting, financial close, reconciliations, and GAAP
