Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, A2R at DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson located in Taguig, Philippines. End-to-end Accounting‐to‐Reporting (A2R) activities including general ledger accounting, period-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries; support monthly, quarterly, and annual close with consolidation inputs and management reporting; assist in statutory and compliance reporting in line with GAAP and governance requirements; participate in audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries; perform trend and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement; contribute to standardized, cost-effective, and scalable accounting processes; collaborate with global finance partners and cross-functional stakeholders; strong exposure to global stakeholders and opportunities to drive continuous improvement; Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Experience: 0–2 years; Certifications: CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Foundational knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial close processes, and account reconciliations
- Understanding of GAAP and internal control concepts
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support issue resolution
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Preferred: CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting certifications
