Job Summary
Conduct inpatient urology coverage with clinic and call responsibilities, including percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy with laser, and ESWL. Perform robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and advanced endoscopic procedures across 15 patients per shift. Provide 7 days on/7 days off coverage with 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, including overnight beeper call. Work a minimum of 14 shifts monthly with guaranteed 12-hour daily hours.
