Conduct daily clinic coverage for 10-13 patients over two half-days per week, managing full scope services including colposcopy, cryotherapy, pessary fitting, high-risk obstetrics, and surgical consults. Provide 24-hour pager call coverage with 420 deliveries annually, handling urgent backfill assignments to prevent diversion in a busy OB/GYN group.
