Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment for client presentations and events at the Hurst Conference Center. Connect laptops to projectors, manage files, and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed. Assist staff and clients with evening and weekend events, ensuring all activities are executed professionally and safely under the supervision of the Technical Services Coordinator. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working an irregular schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. Perform other assigned tasks and adhere to safety protocols and operating instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience and basic knowledge in event production e.g. audio visual, sound/light mixers, decorative lighting, and event support
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and essential job function screening
- Must have availability days, evenings, Saturday and/or Sunday
