Job Summary
Setup, operation, breakdown, inventory, and maintenance of broadcast, audio, lighting, and video equipment for over 200 events annually, including New Orleans Saints and Pelicans game day broadcasts, concerts, and special events. Provide technical support throughout events as assigned and respond to client needs with friendly, respectful communication. Operate scissor and bucket lifts to work at heights over 50 feet, requiring the ability to stand for long hours, lift 50 pounds, and move around the facility. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Five (5) years of experience in a related field
- Experience in broadcast production and A/V equipment for assigned responsibilities
- Must have a working knowledge of broadcast production, audio, video, lighting, and general A/V equipment
- Able to operate machines such as scissor and bucket lifts
- Able to work at heights over 50 ft
- Must be able to lift and push a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
- Able to stand for long hours during events
- Able to work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
