Job Summary
Master Automotive Service Technician responsible for repair and diagnosis of customer vehicles, performing multi-point inspections, replacing parts as needed, and communicating with service advisors. Duties include road tests to confirm work, maintaining CSI scores, participating in manufacturer-sponsored training, and mentoring novice technicians. Requires extensive manufacturer and ASE certifications, strong mechanical skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player
- Minimum of eighteen years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
- Compliance with federal, state and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know
