Job Summary
Master Automotive Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. Perform multi-point inspections, document work on repair orders, and communicate with service advisors when additional work is needed. Conduct road tests to verify repairs, utilize manufacturer training, and participate in ongoing training programs. Maintain CSI scores above Asbury targets and ensure customer vehicles are returned clean after service; must possess broad skillset across engine mechanicals, engine control systems, electrical/hydraulic brake systems, suspension, HVAC, instruments/gauges, drivability, and intermittent issue resolution. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Required Qualifications
- Must have ASE certifications heavily preferred - Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred - Previous automotive technician experience required
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
