A-Tech/Master/Team Ldr - Larry H Miller Genesis Peoria

Master Automotive Service Technician/Team Leader responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing multi-point inspections, documenting work, and communicating with service advisors. Must be proficient in engine mechanical and electrical systems, brake systems, suspension, HVAC, drivability, and related components; maintain CSI scores and participate in manufacturer training to stay current with new technology; mentor novice technicians and ensure repairs meet dealership and factory standards; drive customer satisfaction and ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition. ASE and manufacturer certifications are highly preferred, and prior experience as an automotive technician is required. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and possess basic tools. This role is in-person at the Peoria, AZ location as part of the Asbury/Larry H Miller Automotive Group service team.
