Job Summary
Master/Level A Service Technician role at Asbury Automotive Group (Hyundai Auburn) focused on repairing and diagnosing vehicles to factory and dealership standards. Responsibilities include completing repair work and warranty orders, performing multi-point inspections, communicating with service advisors, maintaining technician proficiency, conducting road tests, utilizing manufacturer training, and contributing to customer satisfaction objectives. Requires engine/mechanical knowledge across systems (engine, engine control, electrical, hydraulic brakes, suspension, climate control, gauges/instruments, drivability, and related noises), use of handheld diagnostic tools, and participation in ongoing training. ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are heavily preferred; prior automotive technician experience and a valid driver’s license are required. Emphasis on safety, compliance with regulations, and maintaining clean, serviced vehicles while supporting other technicians and CSI targets.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
- Previous automotive technician experience required
