Job Summary
Master Automotive Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing multi-point inspections, completing warranty repairs, maintaining CSI targets, and communicating with service advisors. Will participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, mentor novice technicians, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Requires ASE and/or manufacturer certifications (preferred), valid driver’s license, and readiness to work in a fast-paced dealership service environment with a focus on repairing customer vehicles to factory standards.
Required Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
- Must comply with safety regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know)
