Job Summary
Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems, HVAC, steering, and suspension. Complete routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and multi-point inspections while documenting all work on assigned repair orders. Conduct road tests to confirm repairs and communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays. Maintain manufacturer certifications, participate in training programs, and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet district and national goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
