Job Summary
Conduct routine repairs, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC. Perform multi-point inspections, road tests, and warranty claim filings while documenting all work on repair orders. Communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays and maintain manufacturer certifications to ensure customer satisfaction goals. Adhere to safety protocols, hazardous waste disposal regulations, and dealership policies. Requires ASE and manufacturer certifications, valid driver's license, and prior automotive technician experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
