Job Summary
A&T Technician II on 2nd Shift at Moog's Buffalo/East Aurora site(s) performing assembly with mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, following drawings and work instructions to meet build requirements. Conduct operational tests on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment; diagnose test failures and implement rework instructions and configuration changes. Maintain daily administrative responsibilities and adhere to FAA Safety Sensitive Work program requirements; relocation assistance and 2nd shift differential are offered. Onsite work in Buffalo, NY and East Aurora, NY with a focus on precision assembly and testing within Moog's Commercial Aircraft Group.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to understand and apply verbal, written and computer work instructions in English
- Demonstrated ability to perform simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field
- Enrollment & participation in FAA Drug & Alcohol Program is required due to Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.) regulations
