Job Summary
Residential Property Manager needed to oversee a portfolio of managed properties with a focus on delivering top-tier client service, tenancy management, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Responsibilities include tenancy applications and agreements, coordinating advertising with Leasing Agent, coordinating repairs and inspections, preparing rental arrears trackers, conducting pre-vacating inspections, preparing property condition reports, and maintaining communications with owners, tenants, and external agencies. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, independent work capability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel within the metro Austin area is required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Competitive compensation listed at $40,000 annually plus year-end metrics-based bonus and PTO.1
