Conduct talent scouting on TikTok to identify trending artists and emerging sounds, while customizing feeds to spot new music effectively. Utilize specialized tools to assess new releases and track artist performance, then participate in weekly meetings to discuss deals, artist outreach, and challenges. Maintain close communication with team leads to receive regular feedback on your progress. This role requires strong intuition for viral potential and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Following a successful three-month trial, performance is reviewed with potential advancement to a full-time position.
