Job Summary
Prepare and submit accurate medical claims from prescriptions, invoices, EOBs, and supporting documentation while handling VA and Hospice billing with high accuracy. Research claim denials, identify root causes, and resolve billing discrepancies by reviewing documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance. Post payments and maintain thorough, up-to-date account records while communicating professionally with patients, providers, and insurance representatives. This onsite role in Anchorage, Alaska requires one year of medical billing experience and strong attention to detail. You will directly support patient care through precise financial operations within a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
