Job Summary
A/R and A/P Administrator to support Candybox Marketing's Finance team with client billing and accounts payable workflows, invoice processing, payment tracking, vendor payments, and financial recordkeeping. The role emphasizes accurate coding, documentation, reconciliation, and cross-team communication in a hybrid Oakville, ON setting. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in both AR and AP, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills. Start ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or business administration (preferred)
- 2โ4 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial administration
- Experience supporting finance administration in a marketing agency, creative agency, or project-based service environment is considered an asset
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar systems)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to reconcile financial records and investigate discrepancies
- Act with integrity, self-managed, accountable, problem solver, initiative, strong work ethic
- Hybrid work environment with in-studio days
