Job Summary
A/R Accounting Manager (all genders) for Glow25 in Germany, responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable activities including invoicing review, dunning, cash applications, bank reconciliations, monthly and annual closings, and driving scalable automated AR processes. Leverages DATEV, AccountOne, and CountX in day-to-day work. Requires solid accounting foundation (HGB) from a Steuerfachangestellte Ausbildung or equivalent study, several years of AR experience (B2B/eCommerce), strong German (C1) and English (B2) skills, and a structured, proactive approach with a focus on process optimization. Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte oder vergleichbares Studium
- solides Buchhaltungs-Fundament (HGB)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung (idealerweise im B2B- und/oder eCommerce-Umfeld)
- DATEV-Sicherheit
- Erfahrung mit AccountOne und CountX oder vergleichbar ist ein Plus
- Deutsch mindestens C1 und Englisch B2
