Job Summary
The Program Manager oversees aerospace paint-process planning and coordination between departments and customers, ensures contract review for paint work scope, conducts pre-dock planning with support teams, leads customer communications, and manages data, timekeeping, and paperwork including customer billings. Responsibilities include facilitating seamless transitions of aircraft paint stages, initiating corrective/preventive actions within the Quality Management System, performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager, delegating authority when needed, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with production leads, maintenance, and inspection. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years in aviation-related fields, PMP certification, and Smartsheet experience; Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
