Job Summary
A&P Aircraft Mechanic II performs maintenance in accordance with FAA data and Repair Station/QCM standards, reviews work cards, ensures tools and parts are current, signs off on tasks, maintains safety and environmental policies, and can work in hangar/ramp environments. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and a valid A&P certificate; 2–4 years’ experience and ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol testing and airport badge requirements as applicable. Must be able to use hand tools, multi-task, lift heavy objects, and communicate effectively; flexible to work any shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- 2-4 years of experience
- Large commercial aircraft experience preferred
