Job Summary
A&P Mechanic needed to maintain & support our Special Mission Medical aircraft fleet at Burke Lakefront airport (Cleveland, OH). Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining aircraft systems across platforms, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards, and accurately completing Part 135 documentation and parts paperwork. The role requires making critical safety decisions under time-sensitive conditions, and working with limited supervision. Ideal candidates will hold a valid FAA A&P license with 2+ years in a Part 135 environment and possess strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Learjet 40/45, Cirrus SF50, and/or Beechcraft Premier 390 is highly desirable, and the ability to work varied shifts is expected. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred. Required Qualifications
- FAA Issued A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Part 135 environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Learjet 40/45, Cirrus SF50, and/or Beechcraft Premier 390 aircraft is highly desirable
- Willing participation in the Drug Free Workplace Drug Testing Program is required
- Comfortable working varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and utilities
