Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, component removal/installation, and operational checks on commercial aircraft in accordance with approved technical data. Support heavy maintenance, letter checks, preservation work, and return-to-service requirements while troubleshooting airframe, powerplant, pneumatic, hydraulic, landing gear, and flight control systems. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, engineering orders, drawings, and task cards. Complete logbook, work card, and documentation accurately per FAA and customer requirements. Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, tool control, and FOD prevention. Coordinate with Leads, Inspectors, Planning, and Production teams to meet schedule and quality expectations. Valid FAA A&P license and 3+ years of MRO experience on Boeing 737 or 777 preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO experience
- Must be able to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and variable schedules as required
- Must provide tools as required by the client/tool listing
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety discipline
- Ability to work in a team-based MRO environment
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calibrated tools, test equipment, and maintenance documentation systems
Desired Qualifications
- Airframe license
- Experience on B737 and/or B777 aircraft
- Other Boeing/Airbus commercial aircraft experience
- Hands-on experience with engine R&I, gear R&I, pneumatics troubleshooting, rigging, ops checks, and flight control R&I
- Experience on Boeing 737 and/or Boeing 777 aircraft
