Job Summary
A&P Mechanic responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding aircraft structures and components (including wings, fuselage, rigging, hydraulics, and engines), estimating required man-hours, maintaining records, and ensuring airworthiness. Requires FAA A&P license and 6-10 years of experience; leadership experience is helpful. Strong communication and customer-service orientation are needed to interact with customers. Role involves reading manuals and service bulletins, performing assigned tasks, and upholding Aero Air’s culture of excellence. Must be a U.S. citizen or green-card holder, with physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
