Job Summary
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Learjet aircraft and other models (Cessna Citation, Bombardier Challenger, Gulfstream, Beechcraft King Air, Embraer Phenom) to ensure airworthiness; troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues; accurately document maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards; collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet timelines; maintain rigorous safety practices and a clean work environment; stay current on industry practices and tools relevant to A&P-certified mechanics and modern aircraft systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 3+ Years of working as an A&P
- Experience in Part 145 repair station environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Learjet aircraft
- Experience on other platforms (Citation, Challenger, Gulfstream, King Air, Phenom) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety-compliance requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including overtime/weekends
- Must provide personal tools and a shadowed toolbox
