Job Summary
A&P Mechanics needed to support aircraft component repair, maintenance, and modification in a hangar/warehouse environment. Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft components and mechanical systems; troubleshoot mechanical issues; use manuals and engineering drawings; conduct inspections, servicing, and functional checks; document work and maintain records; ensure safety per aviation standards; collaborate with production and leadership to meet project deadlines. Must have an A&P license and relevant aircraft maintenance experience; capable of reading manuals, working both independently and within a team; pass onboarding requirements; preferred experience includes component-level repair, mods, and shop/hangar familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- A&P License required
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience (MRO, heavy maintenance, corporate, or production)
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
- Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pass required onboarding (background/drug screen if applicable)
