Job Summary
Conduct hospital-based neonatology coverage from 7 am to 5 pm, with 5 pm to 7 am on-call and potential 24-hour calls. Perform procedures including intubation, central lines, chest tubes, non-invasive ventilation management, exchange transfusions, and lumbar punctures. Round on assigned patients and cover unassigned patients on call, including leave coverage. We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly, arranging complimentary housing and travel with comprehensive malpractice coverage.
