Job Summary
Treat, evaluate, and follow up on patients with oncological conditions under supervision of radiotherapy staff members. Participate in AIOS group activities and cursorical instruction both within and outside the AVL. Deliver above-average patient care in a multidisciplinary environment featuring approximately 30 radiotherapist-oncologists and 8 AIOS/ANIOS colleagues. Work with the most advanced equipment across the AVL and Hoofddorp (Spaarne Gasthuis) locations to manage roughly 5,500 annual patients. Maintain flexibility and collegiality while taking initiative in a complex, dynamic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding tot basisarts
- Aantoonbare affiniteit met oncologische zorg, in het bijzonder radiotherapie
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Flexibel, collegiaal en stressbestendig zijn
- In staat zelfstandig en gestructureerd te werken in een complexe en dynamische werkomgeving
- Niet schamen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
- Gemotiveerd zijn om bovengemiddeld goede patiëntenzorg te leveren
- Deel nemen aan de opleidingsactiviteiten en het cursorisch onderwijs binnen en buiten het AVL
Desired Qualifications
- Affiniteit met het doen van wetenschappelijk onderzoek en/of klinische ervaring
