Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for inpatient nephrology, managing 10 to 20 patients per shift with dialysis, hemodialysis, CRRT, and peritoneal dialysis. Maintain a 20-minute call response time and handle post-renal transplant management where preferred. Deliver call-back coverage while adhering to a 7am to 7am schedule. Submit assignment details and time entry via the online portal. Receive 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant for support.
