Job Summary
Conduct adult urology coverage including inpatient rounding and call duties with a 1:4 call ratio and 30-minute response time. Manage 5–6 patient encounters and 3–4 phone consults per 24-hour shift, excluding pediatric or neonate cases. Prioritize advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic surgery, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy skills. Work 19–20 days per month with competitive compensation, prepaid travel, housing, and AAA-rated malpractice coverage. Required Qualifications
