Job Summary
Conduct day shift coverage from 7 am to 3 pm with weekend call rotation across general surgery, OB-GYN, orthopedic, podiatry, and cataracts services. Perform epidurals and prefer upper and lower extremity blocks; avoid open heart procedures. Maintain ACLS and BLS certification and secure hospital privileges. This locum tenens role includes paid malpractice insurance, covered transportation and housing, and 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant.
Required Qualifications
- Day shift 7 am - 3 pm with weekend call coverage
- General surgery, OB-GYN, orthopedic, podiatry, cataracts
- Must perform epidurals; prefer upper and lower extremity blocks
- No open heart procedures
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Hospital privileges required
