Job Summary
Conduct day shift coverage (7 am - 3 pm) with weekend call rotation in general surgery, OB-GYN, orthopedic, podiatry, and cataracts units. Perform epidurals and prefer upper and lower extremity blocks; avoid open heart procedures. Maintain ACLS and BLS certification and secure hospital privileges prior to assignment. This locum tenens role is staffed by Weatherby Healthcare, which has provided expert staffing for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners since 1995 across large-scale healthcare networks nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Hospital privileges
- Must perform epidurals
- Must be available for weekend call coverage
- Day shift availability (7 am - 3 pm)
